Building For The Future

Building For The Future was founded in 2007 by a group of parents of disabled children. Our aim was to raise enough money to fund a much-needed community centre for disabled children and their families in Wokingham Borough.

A building where families can meet and children are celebrated. Where parents can support each other and find out information about raising their disabled child. Where siblings can make friends with each other and grandparents can chat over a cup of coffee.

A place where disabled children can play, be properly included, be able to access everything and where they will be valued and truly accepted for who they are.

Over the years, we have worked hard, alongside caring for our children, to make our dream come true.

Today we are very close to achieving our goal and need help and support more than ever.
