we are on the move and need your help this Christmas

Building for the Future is moving to a new 'Our House' on Thames Valley Park that will allow us to expand our free services to more of the area’s disabled community. Having a much larger, safe and purpose-built facility will increase confidence and the mental wellbeing of disabled children and young people.
We’re in the final stages of signing a new 15 year lease on a 3,500sqft facility (with a wrap-around garden!) that will be fully inclusive and more accessible.
But….. but it is going to be more expensive to operate.

‘Our House’ is a place where they can play, learn and develop life skills. It's also a place where families and carers can access free support and services. Many consider us as a ‘lifeline’. We offer a welcoming, safe haven for over 500 of the area’s children and young people with disabilities but we’re running out of room. Plus, there are more families and groups needing our help.

This plan is for visual purpose only and not to be considered as the final layout.
MAKE A DONATION

-
£5 could pay for Christmas Treats for a visiting family.
-
£10 could pay for a Gift for one of the children that visit us.
-
£25 could pay for a brand new Sensory feature toy.
-
£100 could pay for the 'Our House' to be open - completely free of charge to the families that attend a Holiday Club day.
-
If you would be in a position to make a large donation, please do get in touch:
buy a brick

The Building for the Future 'Buy a Brick' Christmas Appeal makes it easy for you to help local families who will benefit from your support for many years to come to enjoy 'Our House' completely free.

When you buy a brick for a mini brick £50 to a larger 'Foundation Brick' for £240, your generosity will help lay the physical foundations of this very special facility. This means we can move closer to opening our facility and providing vital support, services and a safe haven to open our new doors in Spring 2026.

Have your name or Company etched on your own unique brick that will form our legacy wall of supporters and donors that have made this move possible.
Foundation Bricks can be donated one off at £240 per brick or as a £20 monthly donation (min 12 months)
